The Perkins  is our comfortable efficiency. With 459 sq. ft. it is the perfect solution for the individual that travels or is only in town occasionally.  It has a living area, a space for dining, a closet/dressing area, a nice size bathroom, and a modest kitchen in this studio apartment. Some studios have a balcony, some do not.  This compact gem is so sought after we have a waiting list currently.
